Guarantee

The guarantee is valid for a period of 5 years and covers material and labour defects.
The guarantee does not cover:
  • those components subject to wear and tear as O-rings, flow guides, washers etc.
  • damage caused by bad installation
  • damaged caused in the use of abrasive cleaning products / maintenance
  • products or scale deposits (grits) in the water pipes supplying the tap
  • damage caused by the use of unqualified spare parts
In order to use this guarantee, it is necessary to return the tap to the original place of purchase in its original package, together with the relevant purchase documents (purchase invoice or receipt etc.). You should also include the Test Certificate supplied inside the original box.

Your supplier will then make a formal application on the guarantee.

If the fault is covered by the guarantee, we will then decide whether to repair or replace the tap free of charge. If the fault is not covered by the guarantee, then the tap will be returned either repaired or not repaired and all expenses such as transport, testing and repair cost itself will be charged.

Please note: this guarantee is not valid if the Test Certificate is not returned.

Certificates which are photocopied, damaged, incomplete, altered, or not belonging to the returned item cannot be accepted.

We reserve the right to make technical modifications.

Failure to use an in-line strainer or filter on mainline to tapware with a ceramic cartridge or ceramic disc mechanism will void the warranty.

Any returns must be in its original packaging.
