Trade Terms

All our hardware products have a 3 year period, which unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturing defects or faulty materials.

All Polished Brass items are limited to a 12 months guarantee on its finish.

This guarantee does not cover abuse, misuse, overloading, neglect of normal maintenance or normal wear and tear.  The use of spray or abrasive cleaners of any kind will void the warranty.  This product is designed and manufactured for a specific purpose and if used for purposes other than intended, will not be covered by the guarantee.

Products which fail due to manufacturing defects or material faults must be returned to the place of purchase for repair or assessment to replace.  Failing to do so, you may incur normal charge of supply.

This guarantee does not limit in any way the rights and remedies in respect of hardware products as covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

 

If for any reason customer finds the product unsuitable, the return must be in its undamaged original packaging and condition.
